Glen Spey 2009 / 12 Year Old / Hidden Spirits Speyside Whisky

70cl / 53.9% / Hidden Spirits - A 2009 Glen Spey single malt from Hidden Spirits, that was initially matured in an ex-bourbon cask and finished for 12 months in an ex-oloroso sherry cask, before being bottled in 2022. Aromas of golden honey, ripe pears, toffee, peppery oak, lemon, ginger, sweet cereals and caramel fill the nose, followed by notes of milk chocolate, sticky dates, toffee, pink peppercorn and sour candies throughout the palate.
