70cl / 52.1% / The Whisky Agency - This 23-year-old Orcadian whisky was matured in a refill hogshead and bottled at cask strength by indie bottler Th Whisky Agency. Aromas of sooty peat, salted caramel and green orchard fruit are prevalent on the nose, followed by light molasses, ground cinnamon and almond on the palate.
