70cl / 64.1% / Signatory - A 2009 Glentauchers single malt, bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange by indie bottler Signatory Vintage, that was matured in a first-fill sherry butt for 13 years. Aromas of cinder toffee, baked apples, cinnamon, toffee, dark fruits and biscuits fill the nose, followed by notes of dried fruit, sweet bread, baked apples, dark chocolate and rich spices throughout the palate.
