Whittaker's 2025 English Whisky, 70cl

This delicious 48.8% ABV English Single Malt Whisky combines ex-bourbon aged and ex-Pedro Ximenez aged whisky which gives just a hint of rich fruit.  All made from Laureate barley.  Distillation dates are from January 2021 to July 2021 and bottled in August 2025.. Only 1480 bottles produced.. Natural colour. Non-chill filtered.. Whittaker's use predominantly ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry and ex-Rum casks, so look out for these different expressions. The distillery have new cask finishes in the pipeline so stay primed for more great options in the future. The climate in this part of the world is temperate, so, not only is it the best place to produce cattle and sheep, but it also happens to be excellent for maturing casks.
