70cl / 58.3% / Signatory - It’s rare to see Mortlach matured entirely in American oak, but this single bourbon barrel reveals a fascinating side of this old Speysider’s spirit. The meaty, savoury side of Mortlach is present as expected, but there are also fruity notes of apple, pear and pineapple alongside hints of candied almond, hazelnuts and roasted peanuts.
