5cl / 42% / Distillery Bottling - This is a Perfect Measure sample of Jura Seven Wood, matured first in bourbon barrels and then finished in Vosges, Jupilles, Les Bertranges, Allier, Tronçais, and Limousin casks. The result is spicy but run through with milk chocolate, orchard fruit and caramel.
