70cl / 52.3% / Distillery Bottling - This special edition, created in celebration of the 2023 Feis Ile festival, was matured in American oak casks and generously finished in first-fill Manzanilla sherry casks for around 6 years. Bottled at cask strength, this expression offers intense and concentrated aromas and flavours of coastal brine, dried stone fruits, creamy almond fudge, waxy apples and warm sweet spices.
