70cl / 58.2% / Distillery Bottling - A 2011 Ardbeg single malt that has been matured exclusively in a single Cote Rotie wine barrique for eight years, before being bottled in July 2020 for the Ardbeg Embassies releases. Aromas of sea salt, medicinal herbs, dark chocolate, water lilies and rich, pungent peat smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of melted rubber, rich peat, smoked cocoa powder, clove, nutmeg, salted peanuts and hot tar throughout the palate.
