This is a fabulous introduction to very top quality Cava. It's a brilliant and dry sparkling wine with delicate citrus and orchard fruits, and a nice floral character. All layered with elegant toasty nuances – the result of 12 months spent on lees. A lovely wine to enjoy on its own or as an aperitif. Dominio de Requena was founded by Ana Suria and Vicente García in 1981, and its south-facing vineyards are planted at high elevations around the bodega. Located in the Las Cabrillas mountains, approximately 60km inland.
