75cl / 12.5% - Produced by a father-son duo who have a shared passion for the Pinot Meunier grape and hot-air ballooning – hence the label. It is a wine made from a blend of the three classic grapes of Champagne, with a higher proportion of Pinot Meunier adding notes of peach, white florals and a lemon zest finish.
