Want a red that will go with everything? You've found it. Founded in 1998, Cantine Ermes is a leading Sicilian wine cooperative from the Valle del Belìce in Trapani. Created by local growers from Santa Ninfa and Gibellina, it was established to rebuild the region after the 1968 earthquake and to strengthen the local winegrowing community. Aromas of plum and red berries with a hint of herbs and spice. On the palate it’s juicy and approachable, with fresh red fruit and soft tannins. Easy-drinking and versatile with food.
