1 x 75cl. The producer, tasting note published in 03/11/2021. This pale coloured wine with yellow tinges has a mineral, basaltic rock nose. It features white, tropical fruit of the pear-melon genus, known as Andean melon. The dryness on the palate is very interesting, with a salty sensation and a mineral age that is very much present. The final volume is pleasant with balanced acidity.
