75cl / 13.5% - This Chardonnay reveals aromas of stone fruit, mineral notes, apple, and citrus, with a subtle oak influence. Grown at 1,380 meters above sea level in Mendoza's Uco Valley, the grapes undergo 100% barrel fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and 70% undergo malolactic fermentation.
