Their wines are widely regarded by the public and critics for their excellent elegance and aging potential. Cote Rotie Brune et Blonde is a classic blend of Syrah with small additions of the white variety Viognier. The grapes are selected and harvested from plots located on steep terraces in Côte-Blonde (on schistose and silico-calcareous soils) and Côte-Brune (on soils rich in iron oxides). After vinification in steel tanks, the finished wine is aged in oak barrels (50% new) for at least 3 years. This elegant Cote Rotie reveals a brilliant color with dark ruby ​​tones and an expressive and fragrant aromatic profile with notes of ripe red berries and blackberries, spices, and toasted notes. On the palate, it is rich and intense with a pleasant fruit concentration and velvety tannins. It has a light refreshing acidity that gives balance and a long and pleasantly spicy finish.
