Domaine Chanson Chablis 2023

Chablis is the place to look for elegant, fresh Chardonnay and Domaine Chanson has been making top-quality bottlings since 1750. In 2010, the family built a modern winery in Savigny-lès-Beaune, where juice and grapes are transported by gravity and a bespoke cooling tunnel was built to refridgerate the grapes to preserve freshness. The Chardonnay for this wine comes from limestone soils, located south of the village of Chablis. Pale gold in colour, expect notes of white flowers, apple, and citrus. Its freshness and acidity are perfectly matched with seafood, chicken, and soft cheeses.
