The domaine's most famous wine is the 8.66-hectare Clos des Lambrays grand cru, which is the largest grand cru vineyard in Burgundy under one single owner. Furthermore, Domaine des Lambrays produce another couple of premier cru and village Morey-Saint-Denis wines, as well as a couple of Puligny-Montrachets. 2019 is the first fully organic vintage in the vineyard. The Domaine des Lambrays' most famous wine is the 8.66-hectare Clos des Lambrays grand cru, which is the largest grand cru vineyard in Burgundy under one single owner. The grand cru tends to be made with a relatively large proportion of stems, although this can vary with vintage conditions, and ageing takes place in up to 50% new French oak barrels.
