Lucien Collard Grand Cru Brut Nature NV Champagne

75cl / 12% - The Collard family settled in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy in 1919 and own a hectare of land here and another in Celles sur Ource in the Aube. The vineyards are farmed organically with some biodynamic treatments. This Brut Nature is a blend of 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir. On the nose it offers aromas of pink lady apples, greengage and yellow plums, with floral hints. The palate has a lovely lifted citrus note with notes of grapefruit and yuzu on the finish.
