1 x 75cl. Poderi Cellario is a family-run winery in the village of Carrù on the western outskirts of the Langhe. Fausto and Cinzia Cellario are 3rd generation winemakers who believe in working with local, indigenous Piemontese grape varieties and defending local winemaking traditions. Their vineyard covers 30 ha across 5 different sites in the southern Langhe. Vineyard work is organic, and all fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts. Sulphur is added in tiny quantities at bottling if necessary.
