Le Professeur Marselan 2023 is a rich, warm and juicy red wine, full of prune, juicy blackcurrant and red plum flavours. A nice whiff of cinnamon and fudge too. Silky soft and very quaffable. A great accompaniment to steak and chips. Made from the Marselan grape, a crossing of Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is a result of a highly skilled and scientific process. Born in the Languedoc region, Fredéric Garrabou, the winemaker, comes from a family of vine growers. This unisex wine is available in a 75cL size.
