A fantastic Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire region, just a stone's throw away from Sancerre. This 75cl white wine has citrus aromas of grapefruit, tangerine and lemon with a floral background and some mineral, spicy notes. On the palate, it's fresh and lively with more lemon and tangerine fruit. It has a beautifully fresh and intense finish with a moreish acidity and minerality. Perfect with white fish dishes and pairs well with goat's cheese.
