1 x 75cl. Vignobles Bardet, in Bordeaux produce a Saint-Emilion, Franc Le Maine Sans Soufre. This sulfite-free wine has been made from 100% merlot grape variety with bio-regulation, indigenous yeast and bacteria taking care of the fermentation and the malo-lactic fermentation. It's full of fresh red fruit and is so easy to drink. A surprisingly good wine that everybody should try.
