Cuvée Zoé Parcé Frères, Edition Limitee 2019 is a 75cl white wine from the United Kingdom. The wine boasts a luscious fragrance of floral aromas followed by apricot, peach, almond and spice notes. It is refreshingly floral and food-friendly. The vineyard is located 20km west of Narbonne, on the northern hills of the Fontfroide. The soils are sandy and slightly acidic and the estate is organically farmed. The family-owned estate is respectful of the soil, the plant and its environment. The soils are grassed and ploughed, no weed killers are used, nor chemical fertilizers. Yields are limited and controlled by short pruning, disbudding and green harvesting. The grapes are harvested at maturity, with very low yields.
