Fabien Burani has spent his entire career in the vineyards of Provence – so who better to head up the winemaking team at historic customer-favourite Château Peyrassol? The estate’s organic vineyards, set in the clay-limestone foothills of the Massif de Maures, are surrounded by 850 hectares of nature to encourage biodiversity. Burani’s carefully controlled vinification methods preserve the expressive aromas of red berries and citrus fruit in the wine. Lively, fresh and thirst-quenching, La Croix is one to sip with white meats, seafood or fresh summer salads.
