This is the Kinglakes' finest Pinot Noir. Every grape behind it is hand-picked from low-yielding vines on an organic two-acre plot. Fermented only with wild yeasts on the vineyard, in two of the very best French oak barrels, this is boutique winemaking at its finest. That's why it's named after one of the brightest stars in the night sky, Capella.
