Definition by Majestic White Burgundy 2022/23

We couldn’t give you a range of classic wines without a white Burgundy – and you’ll hardly find a more typical iteration than this bottling made by Cave de Lugny. The largest producer in the Mâconnais, they know Chardonnay inside-out, with more than 1180 hectares entirely dedicated to the variety. They age wines carefully to encourage vibrancy and complexity, and adhere to eco-friendly practices too. Made exclusively from a selection of quality vineyards, this aromatic medium-bodied wine shows citrus, honey, hazelnut and oak character. It’s delicious to drink on its own, but also try it with tapas, fish or roast chicken.
