Bodegas Volcanes was founded in 2009, with an aim to showcase Chile's volcanic origins through wine – there are nearly 3,000 volcanoes in Chile. The unique sites produce wines with bright fruit and lifted acidity, just this like abundantly fruity Carménère. It’s rich and expressive with black fruits and chocolate, with subtle savoury hints of olives, herbs, and spice. Delicious with meaty stews or toad in the hole.
