75cl / 12.5% - Christof is a young winemaker who started his journey in 2012 in the Swiss Alps making Pinot Noir. There are aromas of rich cherry, rosemary and barbecued pork on the nose, complemented by notes of red berry compote, crunchy tannins and bright cranberry on the palate. Try this with a light fish dish or some alpine cheese.
