This is a delicious Sauvignon Blanc from Settlement's Heritage Vineyard. Amazingly intense aromas of ripe freshly cut citrus fruits, reminiscent of pristine lemons and oranges, intertwined with blossom and cumin spice. The wine is perfectly poised, chiselled and balanced. It's a great example of Marlborough's soil profile and climate, with organically certified fruit from the Waurau and Southern Valleys. A new project from Steve Planthaber and Kirsty Sutherland, who have worked with Cloudy Bay Vineyards for twelve years.
