The Conviviale Pinot Grigio is crafted from select grapes harvested by hand in late August or early September. The wine undergoes aging for 3 to 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks before bottling. The aroma offers ripe orchard fruits with hints of honey and peach. The palate reveals a lightly spiced character, balanced by fresh citrus acidity and notes of baked apple and pear. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, fish dishes, salads, cold meats, and even roast poultry and poached salmon. This is our best-selling Pinot Grigio.
