Tsuki no Katsura 'How are you' Junmai Daiginjo Sake, 720ml is a masterpiece sake made from Yamada Nishiki rice produced in the Special A District of Hyogo prefecture. The rice is polished down to 35% and brewed slowly at a low temperature. Instead of undergoing modern mechanical pressing, a traditional bag hanging technique is used to collect the sake. This well-balanced and sophisticated sake has an elegant taste with a pleasant lily-like aroma. It is best consumed at a temperature range of 6°C to 13°C. Made by Masuda Tokubee Shoten Co., Ltd. in Fushimi, Kyoto, this sake is a fine example of Japanese rice wine.
