Tasting Notes. Vinca Wine's  organic pale Rosé is made from 100% Syrah grapes - from a selection of vineyards that show off the west coast Sicilian terroir. Careful pressing allows the delicate red fruits to shine and allows the Syrah to bring a slight spice to the finish. A lovely Provence-style Rosé from the coast of Sicily.
