It was founded in Verona in 1925 when the first generation of the Pasqua brothers decided to dedicate their lives to the production of Venetian wines. In a short time the company has established itself in the Italian and international wine scene. Umberto Pasqua now leads the company with his sons Riccardo and Alessandro, the second and third generation of this family of winemakers who export the excellence of Italian wines all over the world. This sparkling wine is produced with the indigenous Glera and international Pinot Noir grapes. The terroir and climatic conditions guarantee the production of a unique wine that undergoes a second fermentation through the Charmat method in steel autoclaves for 60 days, to maintain the freshness and create the characteristic fine and persistent perlage. The Pasqua Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry is a wine with delicate pink color. It is light and refreshing, with strong aromas of fruit such as apple and pear, with hints of strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by yeast and bread crust. On the palate, it is pleasant and harmonious and shows a lively perlage and persistent foam. It is a delicious aperitif but it is excellent to accompany seafood, especially clams and mussels, or light cheeses.
