A beautiful introduction to the intense styles of orange wine that people associate with Georgia. The nose is inviting with stone fruits, peach and white flowers. The palate has much of the same with soft tannins. It's a super moreish wine, perfect for enjoying with aromatic rice dishes or roasted aubergine. Dugladze winery, founded in 2004, combines Georgian traditions with novelties and a loyalty to the family business. The winery has vineyards across three wine regions: Kakheti, Imereti and Kartli. The ancient qvevri method is still in use here.
