This 75cl Lemberger wine is rich in aromas of ripe blackberry and dark cherry with hints of spice. On the palate, it is very juicy with a lively acidity and delicate tannins. In the finish, it has a balanced texture with a velvety and flavour-intensive length. The wine was fermented on the skin and allowed to mature in used barriques or large oak barrels. This traditional German wine originates from a high-quality vineyard with a VDP.ORTSWEINE classification, which means the grapes were grown in a characterful and traditional vineyard, producing an expressive wine typical of the local terroir. Aged in large wooden barrels, this Lemberger was produced using traditional processes such as mash fermentation. It is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meat or a vegetarian mushroom risotto. The vines are located on colorful marl and limestone at an altitude of 290 to 320 meters.
