This dreamy wine features aromas of ripe white fruits, backed up by white flowers and a pithy citrus tinge. It's a bone dry, lightweight, gentle wine made for al-fresco dining. Produced by Pepe Raventós, the most recent generation of the family who invented Cava, in his high-altitude project in the Serra de l’Home mountain range.
