AS Sirugue Noellat Vosne-Romanée 'Les Trois Terroirs' 2023, Burgundy

Vosne-Romanée is internationally renowned for its smooth and silky red Burgundy – so if you’re a Pinot Noir-lover, this is a bottle to add to your wine rack. Grapes are harvested from three areas of the region, specifically selected for their characteristic structure and elegance. There is little intervention in the winery, instead winemaker Arnaud Sirugue says: ‘The wines make themselves. All my work is in the vineyard.’ Ripe red fruit and spices are the main notes in this excellent Pinot Noir but ageing for up to 10 years will develop aromas of forest floor and leather, while also softening the tannins. Try it with hard cheese and grilled meats.
