Kochan & Platz's Riesling Sekt Brut is a fine, fresh and fruity sparkling wine with aromas of citrus, peach and apricot. It has a low residual sweetness, fine perlage and pleasant acidity. This wine is made from the winery's unique terroir in the Mosel region, where tradition and harmony with nature guarantee excellent qualities. The essence of this sparkling wine lies in the mousseux - the fine bubbles of carbonic acid that create a second fermentation. The fermentation takes place in the wine's original bottles in a cool cellar, with a storage time on the yeast determined by Sekt classification rules, requiring at least nine months for bottle fermentation.
