Minervois Domaine Pierre Fil Heledus 2021 is an expressive and balanced red wine, with aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, and blackberry. The wine has round and silk tannins. The Pierre Fil vineyard has been passed on from father to son for 7 generations. Located in Mailhac, near Narbonne, the vineyard benefits from a special climate and soil. The vines grow on a sandstone soil with rolled pebbles that aerate and drain the soil. The region was mainly oriented towards mass wine production, but with a few winemakers convinced of the terroir's potential, quality and recognition of the products have improved. The Minervois region was already recognized since 1936. This wine is suitable for both men and women to enjoy.
