This is undoubtedly one of our favourite bottles for summer. This wine is fresh, juicy and loaded with vibrant red fruits. They practically jump out of the glass. Soft tannins and youthful energy make this perfect for a weekday wine - great with pasta or pizza. A little like Beaujolais in style and just delicious when chilled. Pop it in the fridge for half an hour before drinking. Winemaker Moritz Bak found his love of wine at a young age, visiting his grandfather in the south of France. He travelled extensively and worked as a winemaker at some famous addresses before settling on Roussillon to begin his own winemaking venture in 2014, making modern, elegant wines from the toughest terrain.
