Lucien Collard Grand Cru Extra Brut NV Champagne

75cl / 12.5% - The Collard family settled in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy in 1919 and own a hectare of land here and another in Celles sur Ource in the Aube. The vineyards are farmed organically with some biodynamic treatments. This Brut NV is a blend of 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir. On the nose are aromas of pink lady apples, pear and yellow cherry with floral hints. The palate has a lovely lifted citrus note with notes of grapefruit and fresh apple on the finish. Try this with sashimi or sushi.
