It’s made using the appassimento method, where grapes are partially dried on racks to concentrate flavours, resulting in a rich and full-bodied wine. It’s full of dark fruit flavours like black cherry and plum, layered with dark chocolate and spice. Bold and round, it’s the perfect wine to have with grilled dark meats, ragu, and aged cheeses.
