Dosnon Recolte Zero Dosage NV Champagne

75cl / 12% - Donson is based in the Aube, an area that is south of the classic regions and less well known but producing some beautiful wines especially from Pinot Noir. This one is 100% Pinot Noir and aged in 228 litre oak barrels which gives it a lovely nutty, toasty note. On the nose beurre noissette, freshly cracked brazil nuts and a lemon zest. The palate is crisp and fresh with a lemony salty tang.
