Navarrico whole piquillo peppers are a very mild variety of chili, brought back to Spain from the Americas by returning conquistadores. Grown in the Lodosa DOP area in Navarra, these small red peppers are roasted whole and then peeled by hand. They are a deep scarlet and their flavour is intense, sweet and mildly piquant. Perfect for a variety of dishes, these peppers are a great addition to any meal.
