Iona 'Elgin Highlands' Chardonnay 2023 is a stylish and burgundian white wine, demonstrating its relative value. It has bright citrus, white stone fruit, oyster shell minerality and a hint of brioche. The purity of fruit combined with well-judged oak and bright freshness result in a wine that is layered and complex with a lingering finish. Enjoy with lobster or turbot in a cream sauce, shellfish, or chicken. This well-priced Chardonnay is made from grapes from five blocks, featuring different soil types and aspects.
