This white wine was produced using a minimal intervention winemaking approach and is naturally cloudy as it ferments in the bottle. It is not intentionally clarified, and the colour is lemon yellow with subtle greenish tones. Its aromas are reminiscent of the wines that were once produced in the Vinho Verde region, with hints of yeast, citrus fruit, peach and herbaceous notes. The palate has a marked acidity, a delicate mousse that makes it vibrant and some saline flavours on the finish. This wine is suitable for both men and women to enjoy with traditional Portuguese snacks.
