It is a Cuvée Vincent sans soufre / without sulphite wine made from Grenache & Carignan grape varieties. This wine has a beautiful dark ruby colour and is full of red fruits like raspberries and red currants, finishing on a delicate note of coriander and velvety sweetness. It is a pleasant wine that is easy to drink, best served around 18 degrees and will pair well with Mediterranean dishes.
