Its elevated vineyards and Mediterranean climate provide the perfect backdrop for Born Rosé Barcelona, who in collaboration with Finca Calderón have set a benchmark for organic and regenerative viticulture. This Garnacha and Tempranillo blend is made using the same direct press method used to make the pale pink wines of Provence, and is left on its lees for extra complexity. It’s fresh and vibrant with notes of cherry, watermelon, and white peach.
