This high-quality Rosé Cuveé originates from vineyards with VDP.GUTSWEIN classification and embodies the philosophy and distinctive signature of Jürgen Ellwanger winery. It is primarily made from Pinot Noir with a small percentage of Trollinger to keep it light. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks.
