Vendanges tardives are the grapes harvested after the noble rot has started to present itself, resulting in a high concentration of sugar that the natural yeast is killed before all the sugar is consumed and turned into alcohol. This leaves us with a sweet wine of great complexity and finesse, with an intensity of flavours that are simply overwhelming.
