Bledsoe Family Winery Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon comes with small percentages of Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Merlot, made from premium vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley AVA. After vinification, the wine ages for 22 months in French oak (42% new and 58% neutral) before bottling. In the glass, this robust and distinctive Cabernet shows a deep and bright color with dark ruby tones. On the nose, it displays a broad and ripe aromatic profile with notes of red berries, rhubarb, and blackberry, followed by spicy hints of vanilla and black pepper. On the palate, it is smooth, rich, and generous, with strong, well-integrated tannins and a refreshing, balanced acidity. The finish is long and fruity, with hints of spice.
